| COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS |

Founded in 1964, Dismas is considered a leader in providing effective community-based |
re-entry programs for offenders. Understanding that crime is a community problem, |
Dismas involves families, faith-based institutions, employers, experienced staff, |
volunteers and other service organizations to create a structure and
environment
which |
supports successful re-integration. |

Dismas' programs are cost-effective. Community-based supervision costs taxpayers less |
than prison and jail confinements. In addition, community-based supervision allows |
offenders to work full time and pay child support, taxes, fines and restitution or to provide |
valued community service work. |

| As a community-based service provider Dismas continuously re-invests in the |
| community. Our presence has contributed over $191 million into local economies. |
